Mit dieser DVD stellen wir Ihnen Ausschnitte aus unseren ersten fünf Surround-Produktionen vor.Jeder dieser verschiedenen Musikstile erklingt in der Surround-Abmischung besonders interessant, denn zu Hause sind wir nicht auf eine Live-Bühne angewiesen, sondern können die Töne im Raum selbst arrangieren. Somit können unsere Ohren nicht nur Raumgeräusche des Saales, sondern auch ganz natürlich Musik ringsherum genießen. Der Surround-Hörer befindet sich also mitten in der Musik, was das Hören und den Hörgenuss weit mehr intensiviert, als das Hören über eine übliche nur frontale Stereoanlage. Für eine erstklassige Wiedergabequalität unserer DVD-Audios werden die Signale mit 24 Bit und 48 kHz gespeichert. Die Disc beginnt nach dem Einlegen automatisch ohne jegliches Menü-Gefummel anderer DVD-Audio. Damit unsere Scheiben weitgehend kompatibel sind, befindet sich auf ihnen zusätzlich eine "Dolby Digital" Spur, so dass sie mit guter Klangqualität auf alle üblichen DVD-Playern abspielbar sind. Wir mischen den Surround nach guter Quadro-Tradition auf vier Kanäle ab. Weil aber darin auch ein Phantom-Center enthalten ist, sind es gehörmässig ebenfalls fünf Kanäle, die sonst nur mit 5.1 erreicht werden. Der Quadro-Surroundsound ist daher mit bekannten 5.1 Surroundsound absolut vergleichbar.

  We present some examples of music from our first 5 surround DVD-productions. These different styles of music sounds are interesting especially with their surround downmix. Since we have no live stage at home, we can arrange the sound of music arround us. So our ears will not only listen to a room ambiance behind, but the music instruments will surround us. The listener of this surround-sound is located in the middle of the music, which will increase the listening pleasure more intensive compared to listening a frontal stereo reproduction. To have a first class sound quality, we save the sound in 24 bit and 48 kHz. Our discs run after starting automatically without the usual fidding around with menus of other DVD-Audio. In addition our discs have a "Dolby Digital" signal, so they can be played in perfect sound-quality with all ordinary DVD-players. The downmix of the surround-sound is made according to the good classic quadraphonic mode using 4 channels for the reproducion. Since there is also included a phantom center, the quadraphonic reproduction is abolute compatible to those with the 5.1 film-sound-systems.
